The Fame Culture was founded by former Sony Music Entertainment marketing director Frost Hernandez.
While at Sony, Frost helped launch the global careers of artists such as: The Chainsmokers, MAX, Logan Henderson, XYLO, Jewel, DJ Khaled, and Jordin Sparks. Frost also helped secure and lead global brand campaigns with DKNY, Target, AllSaints, Airbnb, Pepsi, H&M, Ford, SnapChat, among others.
With over 10+ years years of experience, artists under Frost’s leadership, have generated over 500 Million global streams, achieved Mutli-Platinum RIAA status, and gone #1 on the Shazam global chart.
Frost also has extensive experience helping clients navigate the Hispanic and Latino markets, especially in U.S. Latin, Mexico, and Brazil.
A true creative at heart, Frost studied music at The Boston Conservatory of Music. He is also the founder of Opera Hispánica, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and the first and only Spanish-language opera company in the United States. Follow Frost on LinkedIn

Valeria's background includes founding Dazzling Agency, where she identified and promoted promising talent while establishing strategic partnerships with international brands. Her expertise extends from digital marketing to event coordination, highlighted by her roles at WISE conference in Berlin and Future Music Forum in Barcelona.
